I arrived late at night and was delighted to find the reception still open, with staff greeting me warmly. For the price, the room was very spacious, complete with a desk, sofa, and large bed. The pillow was soft and comfortable, making for a restful stay. What stood out the most was the quality of the toiletries. They use a well-known brand for hand wash, body wash, and shampoo, which felt gentle on the skin and hair, unlike the low-quality products often found in other hotels. The breakfast buffet was adequate, though as a Muslim I couldn’t eat some of the options. However, when I asked, the catering team kindly prepared a vegan sausage for me, which I really appreciated. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly. At night, dragging my luggage, it felt longer, but in the morning it was just a brisk, pleasant walk.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spotless and very well maintained. The service throughout was excellent—every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city centre, close to shops and lots of great restaurants. Despite being in such a lively area, the hotel is tucked away on a quiet street, making it the perfect balance of convenience and peace. Highly recommend!

The hotel is in a great location for anyone visiting the AO arena, within easy walking distance of the arena, the Printworks, and the Arndale centre. Nice clean room and bathroom. Breakfast is good and included in the price, however, it gets very busy at peak times.

Fantastic value to take the kids for the night with an inclusive breakfast. Central location, with friendly staff and baggage storage. Breakfast was good, room was well equipped and quiet. Handy for the train, but no parking.

Обычный отель, комната нормальная, для ребёнка была подготовлена отдельная кровать, подушки и матрац не удобные. Завтрак не сильно разнообразный, пересоленный бекон и сосиски так себе (как в большинстве отелей подобного уровня в Англии). Сыра и овощей вообще нет. Парковки у отеля нет, но на соседней улице есть большая парковка за 10 фунтов за сутки. Расположение отличное, сразу можно выходить изучать центр. Переночевать 1-2 ночи полойдёт
